Boarding, tanking and tiling
Wet areas tanked properly, walls and floors tiled by hand, with attention to grout lines and finishing trims.

Second fix and finish
Sanitaryware, brassware, mirrors, lights and silicone, then a thorough clean before you walk back in.

Like for like replacement
Same layout, new everything. The quickest, calmest option when the room already works for you.
Reconfigured layout
Move the bath, swap a bath for a shower, reposition the toilet. A bit more work, often a big improvement.
Full design and build
Start with a blank page. We plan the room with you at the design visit and build it from that drawing.
En suite, cloakroom or downstairs WC
Smaller spaces, fiddly plumbing. A cloakroom or downstairs WC still needs the waste run and ventilation planned properly, and we are used to tight footprints and awkward soil pipe runs.
Family bathroom
Built to take a beating from kids and still look right in five years. Practical surfaces, sensible storage.
Luxury or feature bathroom
Freestanding baths, large format tiles, underfloor heating. Detail work finished to a high standard.

It depends on the size of the room, whether the layout is changing and how much tiling is involved. We give you a realistic programme in writing before any work starts, and we keep you posted if anything on site changes it.
Either way works. We can supply the suite, brassware and tiles as part of the quote, or fit items you have chosen and ordered yourself. Tell us which you prefer on the quote form and we will price it that way.
Most like for like bathroom installations do not need a building warrant. Alterations such as forming a new bathroom, moving structural elements or altering drainage can fall under Scottish Building Standards, and we tell you at survey stage if your job does.
