What information we collect
When you complete an enquiry or quote form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, postcode or area, and the details of the project you are enquiring about. We do not ask for or store payment details, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis
We use your information for one purpose only: to understand your enquiry and, where we think there is a good match, to pass your details to one or more independent traders we recommend so they can contact you and provide a quote. Our lawful basis for this is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in operating an introduction service you have asked to use.
Sharing your information
We use your enquiry details to arrange your design visit and to prepare and carry out your quote. We share them only with the suppliers and service providers we need to use to do that, for example a merchant delivering materials to your address. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for marketing by other companies, and we do not pass it to anyone else for any other reason.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry information only for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up queries. We delete enquiry data after 12 months.

We use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
