Step four
We fit your bathroom
Our own team handles the plumbing, tiling, electrics and joinery. We protect your floors, remove the waste and keep the working hours we agreed with you. When we finish, we walk you through the work and hand the room back clean.

- How long does a bathroom take?
- It depends entirely on the scope. A straightforward swap is quicker than a full rip out and reconfiguration. We give you a realistic programme at the quote stage so you know what to expect before we start.
- Do you supply the suite or do I?
- We supply everything, the suite, tiles, fittings and brassware, as part of the fixed quote. You can also supply your own if you have something specific in mind, and we will price the fitting only.
- Do I need to be home during the work?
- You do not need to be there every day, but we need access and someone to check in at key stages. We agree working hours with you up front and keep you posted on progress.
- Will you take away the old bathroom?
- Yes. Stripping out and removing the old suite and waste is included. We protect your home on the way through and leave the space clean at handover.
- When do I pay?
- Payment terms are set out in the written quote, with a deposit to secure the slot and the balance on completion. There are no surprise costs mid job.
- What happens if something goes wrong?
- Tell us straight away and we come back to put it right. Our workmanship guarantee covers the fitting work, and manufacturer warranties on the suite and fittings pass to you.
