Tam Forsyth

Tam brings around 20 years of hands on experience to his role as Stonewater's bathroom specialist, having started out in joinery in the mid 2000s before training as a plumber a few years later. That combination gives him a genuinely useful skill set, he can take a bathroom from first principles, stud walls, flooring and structural changes, right through to pipework, tiling and final finishing, without needing to bring in separate trades for each stage.

Across two decades, Tam has worked through a real shift in the UK bathroom industry, from straightforward suites and basic tiling through to today's wet rooms, underfloor heating, smart showers and accessible bathroom design. He's made a point of keeping his skills current with modern products, materials and building regulations, while holding onto the attention to detail that comes from training properly from day one.

He's particularly known for taking on the jobs other fitters might shy away from, tricky loft conversion ensuites, period properties with original features to work around, and full family bathroom transformations where everything needs to come together perfectly.

Customers and colleagues describe him as straight talking, meticulous and completely unflappable, and as one of the strongest all round fitters working in Glasgow today.
