Morag Sinclair

Morag has spent around 25 years working across tiling, plumbing and design, having trained initially in the early 2000s before broadening her skills into design and project layout.

She built a strong reputation for working out how to make the most of Glasgow's trickiest spaces, with awkward boxy bathrooms and tight loft conversions becoming something of a speciality.

Joining Stonewater Bathrooms as part of the founding team in 2026 gave Morag the chance to step into a role that uses both her hands on experience and her natural problem solving mindset.

As COO, she looks after logistics, supplier relationships and team scheduling, and because she's spent so long on site herself, she understands exactly what the team needs to get a job done properly.
